Payment and Insurance

We will also accept payment from Medical Savings Accounts such as, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Because most insurance plans provide out of network coverage, we will create a superbill you can submit for reimbursement that may be available through your plan.

Here's how it works: we will email you an invoice called a superbill following your session that you can print to fax or forward to your insurance company.  It will include all of the information your insurance company may ask you for, including billing codes, therapist ID, tax ID - all the confusing questions you might otherwise be asked when submitting for your reimbursement.

* Aetna, BCBS and Cigna have typically reimbursed clients 50% to 100% of a session fee.

Our Fee: $125.00 per session. Each session is approximately one hour.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA accounts, checks and cash. 

Payment is due at time of service.

**A Good Faith Estimate of expected charges is available for all self-pay clients whether you are uninsured, choosing not to use your insurance, or submitting for out of network reimbursement.
